Two's Company, Three's a Crowd, Seven is a Small Army

It sure is going to feel lonely around these parts once everybody else on the progressive side of the blogosphere is part of 'The Pogge Group' and I'm still here posting away on my little blog...

  • Credit to Nestruck for coining the phrase, 'The Pogge Group'

  • And credit to VHB for giving me the idea to put post-postscripts into the early comments rather than the post itself.

  • Ya Declan, I feel like a skunk at a birthday party. ;)

  • Tim - You might as well give up, CAtO will never be one with the POGGE.

Or to put it in your language, persistence is futile.

Kevin - I don't know about you, but I'm hoping that if I keep at this long enough, someday Bell/Globe/CTV/City/Chum/A-Channel/TSN/TorStar/MapleLeafs will buy me out.

    My logic is airtight:
    1) They want to own everything media related in the country
    2) I am media-related, and I am in the country
    3) I await their offer.

  • Completely unrelated to your post -

I'm a regular reader that maintains a blog of my own. You seem pretty saavy with the software, and I was wondering if you could point me towards a program of some sort which could monitor how much trafic I'm getting?

    any tips appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Simon

  • I use sitemeter (free version), which has never given me any trouble and was pretty easy to setup (I think I just had to paste a block of code into my template), but I haven't kept up with new entrants in the field since I started my blog back in 2004 so there are probably newer options which work as well or better.
